Returns & Exchanges

What, you don't like your purchase? Well we understand that sometimes this can happen.  A return is easy but you must make sure you follow our process outlined below:

** Pop-up Shop/Vending events sales are final. (Sorry no refunds or exchanges).
** Clearance Item Sales are Final(Sorry No Refunds or exchanges)

Website Customers Please follow our process outlined below for a Refund or Exchange:

1. Product must be with our 15 day return Period of Purchase.  
2. Product must be in NEW condition and must be returned as order was received. 
3. Email customercare@recklessshade.com with your Order Number, Date of purchase, and why you are not satisfied with your item. 


Eligible returns will receive a email after package has arrived and has been expected that the refund is processed and on the way.  Please note that depending on your form of payment the refund back to your original payment source may vary.
